Not all files are created equal.
Vector Art Files
Files created in vector based graphics programs and saved as .ai or .eps produce best results.
.pdf or .svg files may also work if they were produced in a vector based graphics program.
Raster Art Files
We understand vector art files aren't always available.
In order to use a raster art file such as .psd .jpg .png .tiff we require that the file be saved at 300 dpi and at the intended print size.
